Mit dieser Maschine können Hohlblocksteine, Vollsteine, Deckensteine, Kaminsteine Bordsteine, Schalungssteine, Gartenbauelemente, Palisaden und viele andere Betonsteinelemente produziert werden. Die Maschine ist außerordentlich leistungsfähig, zuverlässig und wirtschaftlich. Damit Sie die Formen einfach und schnell wechseln können, haben wir unsere Maschine mit einer Formen-Schnellwechseleinrichtung sowie einer Verstelleinheit für Füllhebel, Fülltisch und Betonsilo ausgerüstet. Durch diese Verstelleinheit entfällt das Justieren der einzelnen Maschinenteile. Gut zugängliche, hydraulische Arbeitseinheiten wie Fahrwerk, Wendeeinrichtung, Fülleinrichtung, Form- und Stempelhubwerk, machen unsere Maschinen besonders wartungsfreundlich. Diese Arbeitseinheiten sind in einem stabilen, vibrationsarmen Profilstahlrahmen angeordnet. Taktzeiten: Bis maximal 2,5 Arbeitstakte pro Minute können erreicht werden, abhängig von Steinform und Zuschlagsstoffen. To assure an easy and rapid mould exchange, our machine has been equipped with a quick mould release system and an adjusting unit for the filling lever, the filling table and the concrete hopper. By using this adjusting unit, it is no longer necessary to adjust the various machine parts individually. Due to the fact that all hydraulic operating units such as the travelling gear, the turning device, the filling device, and the mould and ram lifting devices are easy accessible, our machines require extremely little maintenance. These operating units have been arranged in a solid and non-vibrating sectional steel frame. Working cycles: up to max 2.5 cycles per minute can be achieved- depending on block and aggregate.
